One form in the panel takes both ideas and bug reports. Open it from Send feedback in the panel menu.
Send one
- Pick Idea or Bug.
- Write a short title, for example "Let me pick the panel's colour" or "Plugins page is empty".
- Say a bit more: what you wanted, or what you did and what went wrong.
- For a bug, you can pick the server it happened on and tick Include my server's recent errors. The error lines are only added if your role on that server can use the console.
- Press Send.
You can send up to 10 a day. Feedback, What I sent lists everything you sent and where it stands: open, planned, declined or done.
What we see
- The title and what you wrote, and your account, so we can reply if we need to.
- For a bug, only if you ticked the box: which server, its software, version and plan, and its last error lines. Chat lines are never included. The error lines are removed after 90 days.
- Nothing else from your server.
What happens next
Requests are sorted automatically: the same wish from many owners is folded into one line with a count, tagged (for example "crash", "plugins" or "panel") and summed up, so the most wanted things stand out. Our team reads the list and marks each one planned, declined or done. Sorting never builds anything by itself; a person decides what gets made.
