The status page
Where to see whether Server Host is working: each region, the website and the AI connector, 90 days of history, incidents and the live wake time.
DraftThis page is a first draft and may change.
The Server Host status page shows whether everything is working right now, at status.serverhost.example. It
is a separate site from the panel, so it still loads when the panel has a problem.
What it shows
- Each region (North America and Europe), the website and panel, and the AI connector, each as Working, Slow or Down.
- 90 days of history as a row of bars, one per day, oldest on the left. Green is a normal day, amber a day with slow spells or a short outage, red a day with more than five minutes down. Open "Days with problems" under a row to see which days and for how long.
- Wake time right now: how long a sleeping server takes to start when someone joins, averaged over the last 30 minutes, for each region.
- Incidents: what is happening now, and the last 14 days.
How incidents are written
Our monitoring checks every minute. When something has been slow or down for two checks in a row, it opens an incident on the page by itself and writes a short note in plain words. It updates the note if things get worse or better, and closes the incident once everything has worked for three checks in a row. Our team is told at the same moment.
The notes say what you will notice, such as "Servers in Europe are slow to start". They never include technical details about our machines.
What "Slow" and "Down" mean for a region
- Down: servers in that region can't start right now, and servers that were running there may be unreachable.
- Slow: servers start more slowly than usual, or some can't start. The target is about 20 seconds; a region shows Slow when wakes take more than 45 seconds on average or many fail.
Your worlds are safe during an incident. Backups are not affected by a slow or down region.
If your server has a problem but the status page says Working
The status page covers the whole service, not single servers. If only your server won't start or players can't join, see Troubleshooting.
