The panel at a glance
Your servers page, the server panel and its sections, live updates, phones, and where to send bugs and ideas.
DraftThis page is a first draft and may change.
The panel is where you run your servers. Everything is available on every plan, free included.
Your servers
After you sign in you land on Your servers. Each server is a card with its status (Online, Sleeping, Waking up and so on), how many people are playing now, its address with a copy button, and Start server or Stop server. Servers you help run as part of a team show your role on the card.
If your AI asked to do something you set to Ask, it waits at the top of this page under Waiting for your OK, with Approve and Deny. See The AI page.
Make a server opens the four quick steps. See Getting started.
Inside a server
Every server page has the same top: the server's icon and name, its status, its address (press it to copy), the software and version, the plan and the region, and Start server, Stop server, Restart and, under the more button, Force stop. A force stop ends the server at once without saving; use it only when a normal stop hangs.
The sections are in a list on the left. On a phone they become a bar along the bottom of the screen.
| Section | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Overview | How to join, live numbers, players over time, recent activity, your plan, duplicate or delete |
| Console | The live log and any command. Console |
| Files | Browse, edit, upload, zip and search files; SFTP details. Files and SFTP |
| Plugins | Installed plugins and their health, search, datapacks. Plugins |
| Worlds | Every world, uploads, downloads, resets, borders. Worlds |
| Backups | Back up, download, restore. Backups and restores |
| Schedules | Restarts, backups and commands on a timer. Schedules |
| Players | Who is on, everyone seen, whitelist, bans, ops, each player's page. Players |
| Settings | MOTD, icon, game rules, version, address, domain. Settings |
| Team | Members, invites and what each role can do. Team and roles |
| AI | What your AI may do, approvals, history and undo. The AI page |
| Logs | Log files from the last 14 days and crash reports. Logs and activity |
| Activity | Everything done on the server, by whom. Logs and activity |
You only see the sections your role can use. A moderator, for example, sees the console and players but not files or backups.
The overview
- Join to wake it. While the server sleeps, the overview shows the address and how to wake it.
- Right now. While it runs: players, TPS, memory, CPU and disk, updating live.
- Over time. Players over the last hour, day, week or month, the most players at once, the average TPS, and how many joins came from the hub, from the address, or elsewhere. These are counts only; we never track who came from where.
- Recent activity. The last few things done on the server.
- Plan. The real monthly price, the renewal date, Change plan and Cancel plan. Cancelling keeps the plan until the renewal date, then the server moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.
- Duplicate copies the server, files and worlds into a new one (uses a server slot).
- Delete server asks you to type the server's name. We keep a last snapshot for 30 days.
Live, not refreshed
The console, the status, the player count, approvals, your AI's steps and finished jobs update as they happen. You never need to refresh. If the connection drops, a notice says live updates are paused and the panel reconnects by itself.
On a phone
The whole panel works on a phone, including the console, files, plugins and approvals.
Bugs and ideas
Choose Bugs and ideas at the top of the panel. Pick Something is broken or An idea, write a few words and the details, and optionally pick a server. For a bug you can tick a box to attach that server's recent errors; we never attach them without the tick. We read everything but cannot promise every idea.
Delete or hand over a server
The server's menu also has Delete (with 30 days to change your mind) and Hand over (give the server to another account). See Deleting, recovering and handing over a server.
Where to find help
The help bot on this site can explain a problem, but it does not change your server. On any error in the console or any crash report there is also an Explain button that gives the same plain-words diagnosis. See Troubleshooting.
